Our practical MBH-Mounting brackets are AISI 304 stainless steel and adjustable in height and width, to suit of all actuator hole spacings according to vdi/vde 3485 and ISO 5211 norm. It covers the hole spacings 80x30 mm and 130x30 mm and actuator shaft heights of 20, 30, 40 and 50 mm. With a special bottom part, we can also cover 50x25 mm hole spacings. Alternatively, this mounting bracket could also be ordered in AISI 316L stainless steel.
The adjustable MBHP bracket, made of polyamide with 30% glass-fiber content, is designed in accordance with VDI/VDE 3845 and offers a cost-effective, reliable and flexible alternative to our well-known MBH stainless-steel bridge. It is suitable for mounting feedback units with an F05 connection on actuator hole spacings 80x30 and 130x30 mm as well as shaft heights 20, 30, 40, 50 mm.
Our practical IMBHV mounting brackets are AISI 304 stainless steel and adjustable in height and width of all actuator hole spacings according to vdi/vde 3485 and ISO 5211 norm. This height complies with the EUROTEC standard and is ideally suited for short box shafts. It covers the hole spacings 80x30 mm and 130x30 mm and actuator shaft heights of 20 and 30 mm. With a special bottom part, we can also cover 40 and 50 mm actuator shaft heights or 50x25 mm hole spacings. This product is originally developed for the mounting of our i-box on actuators with 130x30 mm hole spacings, but it also allows a manual override of actuator by means of an open-end wrench.

The MBHX mounting bracket was specifically developed for our nxt-d limit switch box. It fits a bolt circle with a diameter of 80, 82 mm and is made of particularly robust 4 mm thick stainless steel 1.4301. The mounting bracket can be flexibly adjusted in height and width, allowing it to fit all standardized actuator hole spacings in accordance with VDI/VDE 3845 and ISO 5211. The bracket is compatible with hole spacings of 80 × 30 mm and 130 × 30 mm, as well as with actuator shaft heights of 20, 30, 40, and 50 mm.
Our one piece mounting brackets are suitable for plant components where heavy vibration dominates. They are available in various sizes and at short notice.
An easy assembly of dual sensors and Puks in a uniform way is now possible. With our WDF, you can now equip actuators and valves in different sizes with the same dual sensors and Puks.
This saves time during assembly and also saves costs, since different components are no longer required from the sensor manufacturers.
